Who’s eligible?
To qualify for the Pass Guarantee, you must:
- Have had a paid Premium subscription for at least two weeks.
How to request your free extension
Contact us through the Prepia contact form and include:
- A copy of your official exam results showing a failing score.
- A receipt or confirmation showing you’ve been subscribed for at least two weeks.
